Thank you for posting this!

I'm another one obese and gluten intolerant. Like the author, I was sick all the time and because of it, sought out glutenous comfort foods that made it worse. Now that I am gluten/soy/corn/nightshade free, I rarely get sick. I think the next thing to do is to just do meat, veggies, and fruit to continue the weight loss that started happening when I went candida free.
