Peanut Butter. Mayo, Roasted Nuts, Cooking Spray

Recommended Posts

I'm new to the gluten free world. I have been reading conflicting information about certain foods and would appreciate some clarification if possible.

Is regular peanut butter (i.e. Jiff, Peter Pan) gluten-free?

What about regular mayonnaise (Duke's or Hellman's)?

Roasted nuts (pecans, mixed, etc..) bought in bulk at like Whole Foods and Fresh Market?

Spray cooking sprays??

Popsicles (banana and other fruit flavors)?

Thanks so much for any feedback

I use Jif PB for DS and it is gluten-free. I believe that Peter Pan is as well. I myself use Skippy Natural (no soy or gluten) and have had no problems with it.

I use Hellman's Canola Mayo. The whole Hellmen's line is gluten-free. Hellman's is made by Unilever which will clearly label any gluten.

Pam cooking spray is gluten-free (not the baking one though, it has flour in it).

Popsicle brand will label any gluten. Not sure which brand you are refering to here.

Hope this helps!! Welcome to the board....there is a wealth of info here.
