Gluten-free Stuffing Recipe

I know this is posting late. But I basically created my own gluten-free stuffing recipe tonight when making some, and believe it or not, it actually turned out lol. If anyone is interested, here's what I did...

2 L casserole dish (I think thats the size? its the medium sized ones)

10 slices Kinnikinnick bread, cubed (or 6 cups)

2 medium-sized onions, diced

2 cans mushrooms, with juice

1 cup boiled water

1/2 cup (1 block) butter

2 eggs, beaten

Then I baked that at 350 F, and mine was in there for almost 2 hour, but thats because I wanted some of the crust crispy :lol: ...the stuffing is definitely moist and kinda falls apart, but thats how I like it. Use this recipe, if you want! :)
