Eating In Spain + Spanish Isles

Recommended Posts

I currently holiday in Gran Canaria every year (timeshare) and have obtained a coeliac awareness card in spanish. This card has been an absolute godsend worth its weight in gold!

Hi Liam,

I'm in the UK too.

We had our first holiday abroad (since hubby's dx) this year to Tenerife and took a printed off dining card which I laminated in Spanish.

We had no problems at all and I was pleasantly suprised :) (I was really nervous about hubby getting glutened)

I think it's much easier to dine out in Spain (canaries) than in England as they don't use so much processed food.

Glad you're getting good use out of your card :)
