Lactaid Ultra Fast Act Glutenfree?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I am on gluten-free diet now for about 3 weeks now and I feel so much better. not everyday is fine, but I am pretty optimistic that all will be fine one day.

anyway, I am lactoseintolerant and I often use Lactaid ultra tablets (fast act, hihgest dosage) when I am not eating at home, e.g. for coffee or other gluten-free foods.

I read so much controverse thigs about Lactaid: is it gluten-free or not?

Ingredients are:

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide

how can one be really sure??

thanks in advance and have a nice New years eve and all good for glutenfree 2007!

Sonja

This site has a good list ...linked and copied and pasted info. It's not comprehensive, but if you'll google anything not on it, you'll have your answer. :)
