South Beach Diet Bars And Starbucks

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if these bars are gluten-free? I've checked the ingredients and I can't see any suspect ones. Also, I've been researching Starbucks and according to them, the only drinks to avoid are the ones that contain chips. Anyone else have any experiences with this? Thanks in advance!!

If you are talking about the Kraft south beach diet bars... Kraft will list any gluten containing ingredients on the labels. All you have to do is read. I have eaten the peanutbutter and also the cinnamon with no troubles. They are good when you are in a rush or no food nearby. Enjoy.

That is what I've been told about Starbucks, too. On the rare occassion I get a frapp, I ask them to clean the blender really well before my drink because of food allergies. They're usually happy to accomodate.
