Hello All!

I have changed my shampoo to one that is gluten-free. I am now developing a dry, flaky, scalp! I have NEVER had this problem before and was wondering if it is an effect of Celiac or just my shampoo. If it is just the shampoo can any of you reccommend any good brands that work for you? Thanks

Gwen

I use Dove shampoo and conditioner, and the itching and dryness are a ton better than they were.

I commute with a hairdresser and she said that unless you have a very oily scalp you should only wash with conditioner. The oils on your skin will be better distributed through your hair, and most products people use on their hair are water soluble so there's no need to worry about buildup.

Just passing along stuff I heard.
