A Good Valentine's Day

Recommended Posts

It was kind of a weird one for me. We didn't really get into the "spirit" of the holiday this year. No gifts, nothing like that. Just a normal day really. We were going to go to carrabbas for dinner, but at 5:00 the wait time was 3 1/2 hours. So we went to chic-fil-a instead. But what really made my day good was being at work. I've explained to the girls in the office my condition, but never really made a big deal out of it. They were so cute though. One brought me some chocolates, and said she found one that listed allergens, and didn't mention wheat so she thought it would be safe. Another kept checking all the ingredient lists of the different sweets people brought in, and saying, "This one is safe, you should try it cuz it's great!!" I was just touched by their thoughtfulness, and thought I'd share. :) Hope y'all had a nice holiday as well.
