For the first time last night I didn't feel aprehensive waiting for the tummy problems and the D. I have gotten use to feeling good. I can overeat and feel fine, I can eat junk and feel fine. I never thought I'd ever feel as good as I did before Celiac, but now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I even think I might be ready to go back to the gym :( . I would have never imagined a food could make someone feel so bad.

My daughter hugged me this morning and said "I have to be careful with your tummy." It was so nice to tell her that mommy was all better and that my tummy doesn't hurt any more.

I just wanted to share this to give hope to those just starting out.
