Tapioca Free Bread?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone found bread that is gluten free AND tapioca free? Most of the gluten-free products i eat contain tapioca but I can only tolerate tapioca in small to moderate amounts.

Thanks!

Elaine

I can't tolerate tapioca either.

I use The Gluten Free Pantry French Bread mix.

heh. i am too lazy/too busy to make my own bread on a regular basis...lol. Oh well i guess i'll keep looking.

It would also be nice to find a bread that is made from WHOLE grains, ie: brown rice. I'm trying to start eating healthier!
