As far as BBQ sauce goes, All of the Sweet Baby Ray's varieties are and they are very good. It is my fav and I would still eat it even if I could eat gluten.

Not to hyjack here, but....

I used to make my own BBQ sauce, but Sweet Baby Ray's is the best I have ever had.

Try..

Boneless Chic Thighs, add one can of Swansons Chic Broth, cover chicken with scallions (not green onions) and drizzel SBR's over chicken and onions. Cover for 20min, uncover for 20min, or until done.

It is so darn good, with rice and steamed veggies.

Sounds delicious, but, um, scallions ARE green onions:

"what's the difference between scallions and green onions?

bulblike onion clove, similar to garlic cloves that is pink/brown in color and you have to peel it.

Sounds like a shallot to me :D

But whatever--the recipe sounds delicious!
