Dear all,

While at my local grocery market, I stumbled upon a display of baked goods for passover from Schicks Bakery, almost all of which had a little "gluten-free" label in the corner. I totally pigged out -- assorted cookies, coffee cake, and sponge cake. Pricey, but really good -- the coffee cake is pretty good, and the cookies taste just like the real thing! (not as big of a fan of the sponge cake) The best part about it for me was that it tastes very different from most gluten-free food.

I'm in NY, and they were available at the local Garden of Eden. It sounds like their products are found in lots of other states as well, but if they're not in your area, they also have a website (this is to the gluten-free section): Open Original Shared Link

Their goods might not be available all-year round, but it's something worth keeping an eye out for next year!

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

      What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
