Symtoms, Look Familiar?

Recommended Posts

Almost all of these symptoms either improved greatly OR dissappeared completely on a gluten free diet in our family. Heart palpitations, constipation, diahhrea, gas, bloating, sore painful intestines, osteoporosis, skin rashes, itching(dermatitis hepetaformis) irritability, depression, mind fog, chronic fatigue, acid reflux, hiatal hyrnea, hair loss, fibromyalgia, lactose intolerance, anxiety attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficate disorder, short stature, failure to thrive, eczema, sebboriah or psoriasis, easy bruising, joint pain, swelling, early menopause, irregular menstrual cycles, tooth enamel problem and decay, weight gain or loss, vomiting, intense cravings, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, RLS(restless leg syndrome, muscle cramps, vision changes, tingling in hands while sleeping, itchy ear canals. As time goes on we keep finding symptoms that have dissapeared. We all went through a period of being angry, remember you are not alone, and the proof of that is this site and all the people here that understand what you are going through. It can only get better now that you know.

I am just starting a gluten free diet- 2 weeks so far and am feeling somewhat better. I am wondering how long your family was on the diet before making this much improvement??

Did you go milk free as well or did you use a lactose free milk ?

Thanks
