Yes for many there is. I was depressed and irritable, even broke down in tears in the grocery store one day. For me it lifted in about a week.

You need to be absolutely sure you are not getting gluten or CC during the time you are withdrawing. If you do it will extend the period of withdrawl.

For me it helped to keep reminding myself that what I was feeling would go away. I also tried to pamper myself as much as I could during this time.
