Vegan & Gfcfsf In St. Louis

Recommended Posts

In a few weeks I'll be going to my son's graduation from WUStL. We'll be there a couple days and I'm trying to figure out where we might eat, preferably in Clayton. Although if there is some wonderful place we have to take the train or a cab to, we might do it ...

So far, I've just come up with Barcelona, which is a tapas place. It seems to have lots of animal-free food. Judging from my favorite tapas place at home, gluten-free is doable and they don't put soy in anything. But I don't want to eat in the same place the entire time.

Any other ideas? I've looked in my TriumphDining guide, but those restaurants mentioned with websites don't seem to have anything I might have.

Below is the link to the St. Louis area Celiac Website.

They might be able to assist you.

I travel to St. Louis on a regular basis. WildOats and Dierburgs grocery stores both carry gluten free food.

I am sorry I can not help you with restaurants. I eat at steakhouses when I am in St. Louis.
