Hi there,

Gluten is only a problem when it is ingested, so you don't need to worry about things that you don't eat. Make-up and creams are a thing to watch out for, though. There are postings on this message board about various products. For example, I know that some MAC cosmetics are gluten-free and some are not. I carry a list with me when I buy products. You only need to worry about cremes, lipsticks, and makeup. No need to worry about eye shadow, blush and things that you can't possibly ingest. I do take some concern about hand lotion, because you never know when you might lick your fingers. I use Burt's Bees lotions.

If you have any questions, send me an email!

Thanks & Good luck.

Kathleen
