Spices

I've been told that I need to be careful and buy organic spices because regular ones may use flour as filler. There are few stir-fry sauces I used to buy before I got diagnosed that I love - korma, in particular. It looks gluten-free, except I don't know if the spices they use are. Should I avoid it?

If there is a phone number on the jar you can call the company and ask. Many use McCormicks and the Durkee brand. Both companys will label gluten and if it just has the name of the spice(s) on the jar that is all that is in it.

I was going to add my input, but ravenwoodglass said it all. There are many wonderful options available and I have enjoyed every bit of it. :)
