Chocolate-chocolate Chip Cookies!

Recommended Posts

I took the Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Brownie mix (it has chocolate chips in it!!) and mixed per instructions EXCEPT I didn't add any water. I think you could actually put a bit less than 1/2 c. oil, too. Then I mixed and gooped it all together and made a long roll....wrapped it in waxed paper, refrigerated an hour or two, then you can slice and bake at 350 for about 12 or more minutes. These are fabulous when still a bit warm....everyone in the family loved them. They keep OK too.

I tried this with the Pamela's brownie mix too, but didn't think they were quite as good.
