How To Recover?

Recommended Posts

We went on vacation last week and I got sick. I can't figure out if it was gluten or just I went too far off the diet that has been working for me since diagnosis in March and including foods every day that I don't normally eat except for special occassions. I'm still having really bad BM's every day (we got back a week ago today). I really need to get back to where I was at before we went on vacation as I started a new job on Thursday and it's rough, really rough being the new person AND worrying about my issues. I'm trying to stick to foods that were working for me before but of course they aren't working right now as my system readjusts. Are there any foods or supplements you guys take to help you recover?

Thanks

Hope everything settles down for you soon!

I eat lots of bananas and potatoes when recovering from a gluten reaction. Mashed or baked potatoes, if you can eat them.
