Kroger Yellow Corn Meal

Don't know about that one, but many corn meals have flour added. We live in a small town and I have several to select from that is 100% corn meal with some enrichment added. I cut the lable off when I put it into a container, but I think it may be Bennetts?

I have a box in my cupboard that I use on occasion. However, I have never called Kroger to verify the gluten-free status. I have called on other products and they have been very helpful.

    This is good advice. Some restaurants offer gluten-free menus or mark items with “GF” on their regular menu, and I try to eat at such places. I still talk to the manager when I order to be sure.
