Any one know about LA CHOY brand teraki and soy sauce, There is no wheat or gluten listed and I also called and the recording say that they follow all rules and would list if it had any of the eight allergens in it.

Anyway I have used it and had no problems. Thought you would like to know :D


Diagnosed Celiac Sprue Disease August, 02, 2006

Blood test, No Biopsy

IgA off the scale 44 now 3

IgG 56

(tTG) IgA 25 now 2

(tTG) IgG 1 now 1

now border line low iron 10

Gluten Free since August, 02, 2007

Diagnosed with Osteoporosis November 2006

As of Jan 2007 all numbers looking good

As of Feb 2007 no more Pork, having Allergic reactions

Lactose Intolerence

I appreciate you posting this! I was wondering the same thing! ConAgra is supposed to be very good about labeling. I was hoping someone would confirm this. Some of the lists I found are older, and I needed to be sure. My reaction is too violent to chance anything!

I did email ConAgra about their LA CHOY SOY SAUCE and it took awhile (4 weeks) to get back with me and they did verify that it is gluten-free..I didnt get an email though they sent it US mail so I dont have a reply to post...
