Mustard?

Can someone tell me which mustard is gluten-free? I had it in my mind that distilled vinegar was a gluten culprit, but people have said french's is okay. What about dijon. A recipe in the Gluten Free Bible calls for it, but I don't know which one to get. It's found nowhere on my whole foods list.

Distilled vinegar should be no problem. The distillation process is said to remove any gluten elements. When in doubt, Kraft will always list if a product contains wheat, barley and malt.
