Cottage Cheese....is It gluten-free

i was wondering if knudesen cottage cheese is gluten free? it has modified food starch and also maltodextrin...does anyone know about this?

Modified Food Starch in the US is generally corn derived. If it is wheat derived it would say" Modified Food Starch (wheat)." Rarely, would MFS be made from rye, barley or malt.

Maltodextrin is also general derived from corn in the US. Likewise, if it were wheat it is required by law to list.
