Millet Flour?

I was wondering if people could please share their experiences with millet flour? Is it a good flour that can be used in many dishes? Does it have a lot of flavor or is it mellow tasting? Does it alter the consistency of the dish? I'm trying to get away from using rice flour because it offers very little nutrition. I have already discovered amaranth flour and love it!
