Philadelphia Cream Cheese is a Kraft Product. Kraft will always list forms of gluten.....but, when in doubt call creamcheese.com or 1 (800) 634-1984.

Philly Cream Cheese is gluten free.

It is definitely gluten free. I eat it almost every day with gluten-free bread and smoked salmon - for breakfast (my version of "bagel, lox and cream cheese"!). Philadelphia is the only brand I use. :D

Dear thatchickali,

Yes, it is safe! It is tasty, too! I use the fat-free. I love it on my vegetable seasoned rice crackers! It is a wonderful snack!

Dear Franceen,

That sounds so delicious! I need to get some salmon! I have an idea for smoky salmon dip made with the Philly stuffed into cherry tomatoes! There are so many great options!

Sincerely,
