About The New Label Laws

Recommended Posts

I went to my Celiac support group meeting the other night, and we had the office manager of our local congressman there. She was great. Our group director just emailed me and it had this link in there: http://www.americanceliac.org/home.htm .

On here, it has a form letter to send to state officials, addresses, etc. it is a great resource for making your voice heard. I just wanted to pass it along to everyone!

Here's one of the first threads on the new labeling laws: http://www.glutenfreeforum.com/index.php?s...amp;mode=linear

If you search for "codex" you'll find plenty of threads in which people voice their concerns over the new law.

Gluten-Free since September 15, 2005.

Peanut-Free since July 2006.
