Miami International Airport

Recommended Posts

Last weekend we were in Miami(no sweat on the departure as we ate breakfast at home in the AM ), but a 4 PM departure for home was pretty bad for a celiac who DIDN'T THINK TO PACK FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIKES!!! After clearing security, there was no way I'd go back to try to find food in the main terminal. The gates for Northwest Airlines there had basically 2 choices....Pizza Hut and Burger King. I settled on fruit in a cup and popcorn, and will be better prepared in the future!

In my opinion all airports have very limited choices. I always assume that I will not be able to find anything to eat beyond security. I pack food for 1 1/2 to two meals. I pack the extra food because sometimes flights are delayed.
