Reverse Elimination Diet...anyone?

i don't know that this is the place to be posting this, but i'm not sure where would be. anyway, i've been reading about elimination diets, and think a reverse elimination diet (get rid of a new food group a week) might be more suited for DH and me. anyone ever tried this one? is it better just to suck it up and deal w/ withdrawals all at once, or drag this out? i'm concerned b/c my DH is very much on a processed food diet. plus i just don't wanna feel sick!! what do i do??
