Pacific Brand Almond Milk Isn't Soy Free Or Is It?

Recommended Posts

I've seen on this website people recommending Pacific brand for almond milk because it is gluten, casein, and soy free, but I see SOY LECHITIN in the ingredients list. And it even says on the container, a good soy alternative?! Huh!

I am looking for a almond milk that is free of all of it! Any thoughts?

What about their rice milk? It is gluten-free, sf, df. We get it all the time. I can't have nuts, so we use Hemp Milk or Rice Milk (make sure it's NOT Rice Dream brand.)

Yes I think I may just switch to rice milk altogether just to play it safe. Thanks for your help.

I drink it all the time and have no problem with it and i react to a little bit of soy. I never ever double checked the ingredients, im going to go do that now.

My recollection (but it's been a few months since I looked at labels) is that the newer, unsweetened Pacific almond milk has soy lecithin, but the original plain and vanilla flavors don't. Their hazelnut milk definitely doesn't have soy lecithin. (Gonna go make myself a latte with some right now!)

I use Blue Diamond Almond Milk. It comes in sweetened or unsweetened versions, & is very mild & smooth. I even make hot rice cereal in it, & it works just great!
