Natural Feast -- Pies & Muffins

They claim their products are in my local natural food coop down the street. I've never seen them, though. I guess I figured pies & such aren't for me, never reading the labels. I'm going to look now, I can tell you!


McDougall diet (low fat vegan) since 6/00

Gluten free since 1/6/07

Soy free and completely casein and egg free since 2/15/07

Yeast free, on and off, since 3/1/07 -- I can't notice any difference one way or the other

Enterolab results -- 2/15/07

I tried a sample of one of their pies once (at some vendor fair) and thought it was disgusting. My everyone's taste varies, so try it for yourself; that was just my opinion.

Sorry to hear that. The pictures look good anyway :rolleyes: I guess I don't need pie. I only ate it very infrequently before my gluten problems made themselves known and then I always bought. I don't know that it is worth it to learn how to make a decent pie.
