Chebe Bread-- Cheese Brioche!

Recommended Posts

I just tried to make gluten free bread for the first time and this is not going to be so bad. By accident I found something yummy! It does have eggs and dairy.

You take a package of the Chebe bread-- the one that says Quick! Easy! Great cheese flavor! You also need a package of the Boursin shallot and chive cheese and 1 small wedge of The Laughing Cow Light French Onion cheese. i checked-- they are both gluten free. You add olive oil, 2 eggs-- mix, then add water and about half of the boursin and the wedge of the laughing cow. Knead.

I did them into 12 little twists, baked as per the instructions and they came out like cheese brioche. I didn't have the kind of cheese the recipe on the back called for, but this worked out just swell. Can't believe it, really.
