Is there one out there? I have tetramin flakes and of course they have gluten and I HATE using them, especially cleaning the tank and I end up showering since I have to have my whole arm in there.

Thanks :)

Can your fish eat brine shrimp or something like that? I haven't found a gluten-free fish flake or pellet food yet. I have a small pond and brought in my koi and goldfish this year. I get the food that comes in a plastic jar that can be reclosed tightly. So far so good. I only have a bunch of smaller bowls so we use a dump and transfer but it sounds like you have a larger tank. It might help to siphon the water out of the tank till it gets to a level where it is low enough so that heavy rubber gloves can keep your arms safe from contact. Something that might also help would be a back scrubber with a handle that you only use for cleaning the tank. Hope this helps.

I'm interested in this one, too.

I think the fish food is the only gluten item left in the house & my dh is pretty messy with it, so I would LOVE to be done with it.

I have seen that the vacation food doesn't have gluten (the blocks). I wonder if it's healthy for the fish on a long-term basis? (Or if it's financially ridiculous to consider?)

Thanks I could feed some of them shrimp, well the older ones, as we have babies too. Although 6 of them are shrimp and it almost feels cannabalistic  Im not sure on the vacation food, I think mine would peck at it all day they are little piggies.

I have mollys, platys, shrimp, apple snails, plectocomus (spelling) and baby mollys. I have a 100 gallon tank so its not possible to not get my arm in while vaccuming the tank. My shrimp and snails keep it pretty clean but at the minimum once a month it needs to be done.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
