rachel ray has one... I am not sure its gluten-free .. I think that its worth looking up ..

I use the one on the back of the marshmellow cream jar (Fantasy Fudge) and I always double it and use one bag of semi sweet chips and one bag of milk choc chips. Never fails for me!! When I get home I can post it, I am at work right now.

Her recipe just has sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Optionally she mixes in other things like peanuts, etc. Double check your brands but all of that should be gluten free.

I made the Rachael Ray Five Minute Fudge yesterday. It came out very pretty and tasted great.

It is gluten free.

This is my Grandma's recipe. I just made it this weekend and even DH, who doesn't really eat sweet treats, loves it.

Remarkable Fudge

I love rachel ray's! We made some last week and are making some for gifts this weekend. You can use all chocolate or chocolate and butterscotch morsels (I think only hershey's butterscotch morsels are gluten-free).

Then we add all sorts of stuff to it: dried cranberries, coconut, raisins, nuts, broken up peppermint sticks. Its fast and easy. I don't do mine with the hole in the middle like she suggests, I just put it in a glass greased pyrex dish and cut them into pieces. I make it a day ahead of time and put it in the fridge so it sets up well.

Our favorite and its really easy is peanut butter fudge.

Microwave 1 cup of peanut butter and 2 sticks of butter until melted. Mix in 1 lb of powdered sugar and dump in buttered 8 inch pan. Refrigerate, get fat

I didnt reply sooner because I didnt know what "TNT" meant....but I have the same recipe as LoriC and I made it in a ring like Rachel Ray and gave them out for Christmas gifts! Very easy and tasty!

This is the original Hershey's Fudge recipe. I have always loved this and like you, has ruined all other fudge for me. Last time I made it, my thermometer was off and I ruined it because it cooked too long. I should have used the soft ball method.

At one time, this recipe was lost to me. I was so thankful when I found it on the internet again.

I used to cater and we ALWAYS use the Fantasy Fudge a couple of tips tho

1. MUST use C & H sugar - it disolves best

2. Beat the living daylights out of it.- I set bowl in sink to get better leverage.

For peanut butter fudge, just use a bag of pb chips, yes it is smaller bag than choc but makes it a very creamy fudge.

I just tried this one. Yum!

I subbed in coconut oil and a few drops of artificial butter extract for the margarine and I used an extra cup of chocolate chips, making the whole thing chocolate rather than layered with the sunbutter. Tastes almost as good as what my mom makes. :P

Are all of these ingredients gluten free? The marshmallow creme & nestle chocolate chips are OK? I'm REALLY new to this & wanted to make some fudge today but most manufacturers are closed for me to call. Let me know! Thank you! :-)

Im so frustrated and still getting the run around trying to reprove my celiac disease which my past primary ignored for 25 years.I understand that theres a ray of medical that doctors are limited too but not listening and telling the patient ( me) that im not as sensitive as I think and NOT celiac!Correction Mr white coat its not what I think but for cause and affect and past test that are not sticking in my medical records.I get sick violently with foods consumed, not eating the foods will show Im fabulous. After many blood draws and going through doctors I have the HLA- DQ2 positive which I read in a study that Iran conducted that the severity in celiac is in that gene.Im glutenfree and dealing with related issues which core issue of celiac isn't addressed. My skin, right eye, left leg diagestive issues affected. I have high blood pressure because im in pain.Im waisting my time on trying to reprove that Im celiac which is not a disease I want, but unfortunately have. It  has taken over my life personally and professionally. How do I stop getting medically gaslight and get the help needed to bounce back if I ever do bounce back to normal? I thought I was in good care with " celiac specialist " but in her eyes Im good.Im NOT.Sibo positive, IBS, Chronic Fatigue just to name a few and its all related to what I like to call a ghost disease ( celiac) since doctors don't seem to take it seriously.

@Martha Mitchell, your reaction to the lens implant with gluten sounds like it could be an allergic reaction rather than a celiac reaction. It is possible for a celiac to be also allergic to gluten as it is a protein component in wheat, barley and rye.

Scott I also have different symptoms than most people. It affects me bad. Stomach ache, headache, nauseous, heart racing, whole body shaking, can't walk then my throat starts to close. It attacks my nervous system. The only thing that saves me is a 1/2 of Xanax...it calms down my nervous system

Scott Adams. I was dealing with a DR that didn't care about me being celiac. I repeatedly told him that I was celiac and is everything gluten-free. He put an acrylic lens from j&j. I called the company to ask about gluten and was told yes that the acrylic they use has gluten....then they back tracked immediately and stopped talking to me. The Dr didn't care that I was having issues. It took me 6 months and a lot of sickness to get it removed.... which can only happen within 6 months. The Dr that took it out said that it was fused and that's why I lost vision. If they would have removed it right away everything would be fine. He put in a silicone one that was gluten-free and I've had no issues at all in the other eye. Do not do acrylic!
