Okay so I am taking the advice given, and am going to cut out the dairy and soy from my diet in hopes that I will heal faster, and better. but before I do I am totally going to eat like 2 blocks of cheese. :D well maybe just a 1/2.....It is going to be so hard, cheese is my favorite food. I LOVE IT. and to have to not eat it for months on end is really going to test my will power. wish me luck!!

I was vegetarian for years, and considered going vegan but couldnt imagine giving up cheese! However, this time, when i was still eating meat, giving up all wheat and all dairy at the same time ended up not being so hard after all. I just made sure to eat a lot of other foods I really love as treats instead of cheese, like almond butter and dairy-free chocolate. Be careful tho, the cheese subs are nasty (I only use small amounts for flavor, like a little in a taco), and most actually have dairy in them

Cara - 42, mom to dd 15, ds 12, ds 4

Off gluten and dairy (and tapioca ;-( ) since 11/07

A.L.C.A.T. test showed over 50 sensitive foods

Celiac panel came back negative.

Regular allergy testing reacted to every inhalant and all but 6 foods.

Slowly adding in foods, started w 19 and now have 25

YOU CAN DO IT!!! :P

I thought it would be way too hard to cut out cheese too. Milk I could care less about. But it's way easier than you think, especially if you feel better!!

Best wishes!
