FreyaUSA 0 Posted December 16, 2004 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted December 16, 2004 Hillshire Farms' website says this:We recommend you call 1-800-328-2426 (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET M-F) with the product name and UPC number and we can give you this information. Ingredients such as wheat, milk and eggs are not used as flavorings and are not included in spice mixes. However, on another website (or maybe on this one) someone posted this: I had occasion to speak with Hillshire Farms last week when we were traveling and all of their products except the Corn Dogs and Beer Brats are gluten-free. lovegrov 151 Posted December 16, 2004 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted December 16, 2004 All Hillshire Farm cold cuts are gluten-free. Same with Carl Buddig. All but two Boar's Head (pickle loaf is one) are gluten-free. Sara Lee will give you a list. Oscar Meyer (Kraft) will clearly list any gluten in the ingredients. BUT if you get meat sliced at the counter, they MUST clean the slicer. richard
jknnej 1 Posted January 26, 2005 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted January 26, 2005 I think I'll stick to the prepackaged. I hate to say it, but I worry too much about cross contamination.
