We use the Kroger brand because they are so much cheaper. Don't know about the taco seasoning since we make ours from scratch. I can't have soy anymore because it triggers the neurological symptoms, but we used LaChoy when I could. Donna Donna South Georgia 9 yrs gluten-free ...also DH, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, osteopenia, hypothyroid... After almost 10 years, I am doing soooo much better! Link to post Share on other sites
