natural cheese was the easiest for me to digest after getting back to normal.

I still eat too much of it! Never had trouble with soy or dairy but then again i never had any trouble until 2 years ago.

i would try one at a time and see how your body reacts rather than doing it all at once.

good luck!

I removed dairy from my diet back in september (I saw some improvements but no entirely) But I can definitely relate to you. Alot of Celiacs have problems with dairy at the beginning. I just recently removed soy like a few days ago and saw improvements, I feel almost normal again. I eat fruit, veggies, meat, fish, rice, beans, and nuts.

If you've already removed dairy, soy might be it. After you remove soy and if you're still having problems you should check for any cross contamination ( I am currently struggling with that) I have been trying to avoid gluten seriously since around november, although I have tried to do this for almost a year, but I wasn't as devoted as I am now.

I hope you feel better soon. It takes time and I won't lie, it's hard.

Hey Collette,

I would definitely try one thing at a time. You never know what you're going to react to. Actually, maybe you should just eat some soybeans and see how you feel after. That way you know you're only eating soy. Just my 2 cents! Good luck,

Thanks, Sweetie! I ended up not getting anything... all the products I found have other irritants in them, casein, carageenan, etc.

Next time I'll look for soybeans! :)

Hey collette,

Good luck. We eat soybeans cooked in a pressure cooker or cooked for many hours on the stove. But I know beans are still hard for some. Also edemame are so yummy!!! I also like plain tempeh and then season it myself. Or just basic tofu. But I think Brian's idea is good with just the plain soy first.

Cheese is definately harder for me than yogurt. I bought a yogurt maker and plain yogurt out of it is so much better than store bought. And so easy to make!

best wishes!
