One of the items that I enjoy and happen to have in stock is Hormel Chili. I called to double check and is Gluten free. However I noticed if I eat too much I get a bubbly or percolator feeling in my stomach area. Has anyone ever experienced exactly what I am feeling and is this normal? I was also wondering about red meat, specifically chop meat. Through research it states that food colorings may or may not contain gluten. If so, is it possibble with the red coloring that is used to make chop meat look that bright red color which in reality should not look that way, could it contain gluten. Am I right with my concern and if so, how can I make sure when buying this product?
