Slippery Elm & Marshmallow Root

Recommended Posts

Hi all... I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 11/07 after being symptomatic for approx. 14 years. I've been on the gluten free diet for close to four months now, and while I'm feeling better, I know I still have a lot of healing to do. I've heard lots of positive things about the gut healing qualities of slippery elm bark and marshmallow root. i'd like to give it a try, and was curious if anyone is currently using capsules that are gluten-free and what brands are suggested.

Any help with this would be appreciated!
