Rainforest Cafe can be very tricky because their food comes pre packaged and they basically just heat it up. For example, you can't order a hotdog without the bun from the kids menu because the hotdogs come packaged in the bun  . I find it a little odd. Regardless, I wasn't getting anywhere with e mails either until I sent a very nasty one complaining that they are supposed to be a kid friendly restaurant and that I am trying to bring my child there and no one will help me find something he can eat there. Finally, someone responded by calling me back and they said that the hamburgers are 100% beef so if ordered without a bun he can eat it. They also said that the fries are not gluten free due to seasoning but you can ask for them to be cooked without the seasoning. I don't know about anything else as these options worked for my son. We have eaten there twice since then and he did not get sick.

Thank you for the info. Thats a shame, i thought there would be more options. Oh well. At least there's something for us. I guess its for the experience rather than the food anyways. take care.

I went to the RFC last month when I was in Vegas. The waitress had the chef come down and talk with me about my options. There weren't many, but they did make me a good cedar plank salmon. They didn't have much else to go with it, just a small (kinda boring) salad, but the fish was yummy :) Wish I'd had some chips or a baked potato to go along with it :)

My daughter had a cheese burger-no-bun and fries-no-seasoning and did fine. I was assured the nachos were okay but I got quite sick. Next time I'm just getting the fries, they were good even without the seasoning.

ALWAYS Take caution with the fryers, anyone who worked as a food place. There is a high chance of cross contamination!!!! If they run out of fryers they will use any fryer available to cook the things they need.

I had a gluten-free burger with bun and veggies.  I think here in Texas, they use the same gluten-free buns they have at Saltgrass.  They are delicious.  I'm not sure about elsewhere.
