Non Alcoholic Drinks/juices - All Safe?

Recommended Posts

just checking, cannot find anything against yet but heard something about the orange juice.

Any suggestion? I guess juices are all good, as well as all tees, cacao, coffee etc

thanks

I get the 100% Minute Maid Premium Original Orange Juice and V8 V-Fusion Pomegranate Blueberry (a lot of the V8's are gluten free).

You can always call the 800 line for the juice you are wanting and ask one of the rep's if it is gluten free. Also on some of the juice sites in the Frequently Asked Question area they say stuff about gluten free with their drinks.

EDIT....I don't drink coffee but from what I have read on here you have to watch out for something in it (sorry don't remember but just wanted to let you know).....Some juices are not gluten free so you need to check. "Some" companies will state that their 100% juices are.

GOOD LUCK

I think like with everything else, you need to read the fine print. I steer clear of any natural flavoring or caramel coloring when they are not well defined.

Some teas have barley in them, especially Japanese teas like mugi cha. Green tea and regular Lipton types are usually ok.

Some flavored coffees are questionable too. If its pure 100% it should be ok.

They are not all safe-- I got glutened from some kind of cranberry juice in a hotel. It was the only possible thing-- I ate a fresh fruit plate for breakfast. Half an hour later I was sick and broke out in DH blisters.

Don't take juices for granted and read the label.
