I just had a meal cooked in a teflon pan (yikes!) and it had some seasoning on it.

im reacting very poorly to it...do you think it could have been more than just cross-contamination?

are seasonings bad?

My thoughts:

The Teflon pan could be scratched and contained hidden gluten from a previous glutenous meal.

Some seasonings could contain gluten, but I don't recall ever seeing any.

You are not healed and any foods can cause a reaction.

...hope you feel better soon.

PS. McCormicks seasoning will always list in the ingredients if they contain any forms of gluten. If you are new to the diet and have some intestinal damage, minimum seasonings are recommended.
