Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino

Recommended Posts

I've noticed that every time I get a caramel frap, I get really bloated and gassy, a little crampy. I'm thinking it's from dairy, but it's been awhile since I knew I was glutened, so mostly going off my almost daily dairy reactions. Anyone? As far as I knew, their caramel was gluten-free...

Technically they're gluten-free, but I was told (by 'Dave' in customer services) that although most of the frapp's are gluten-free, there's a risk of cc because there are a few that aren't. He said it would be safest to get a regular coffee drink instread of the frapp's. I like the caramel too, if I want something cold I get an iced caramel macchiato (sp?), it's not quite the same, but still good.
