Enzymes Vs Probiotics

Recommended Posts

What is the difference between digestive enzymes and probiotics? I do take probiotics once in awhile, and they also help with some of the gut/stomach problems.

Probiotic bacteria favorably alter the intestinal microflora balance, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, promote good digestion, boost immune function, and increase resistance to infection. Probiotic bacteria also produce substances called bacteriocins, which act as natural antibiotics to kill undesirable microorganisms.

Enzymes help especially to break down your food. Enzymes are very good when feeling nausea they help nausea as well as stomach aches to go away pretty fast or at least help with it.

I am a huge fan of both and I take both. :D
