Chick-fil-a Ingredients List Online.

I'm headed to a nearby city this weekend where I knew hubby would want to eat at the Chick-fil-A so I got on line and found this:

http://www.chickfila.com/gluten.asp

Click over a particular item to the right to see the ingredients. (the text of the ingredient is in black not blue as a link would be)

Unfortunately I'm sensitive to soy as well as high fructose corn syrup, so the only thing safe for me was the tortilla strips. Looks like I'll pack my own sandwich again (sigh).

Anyway, I was impressed with the web site and wanted to share.

You may want to verify that they are cutting, packing the grilled items separately from the breaded items. Chic-fil-a's internal procedures seem to be pretty tight but you might run into a problem at a particular location. I am also sensitive to soy and miss my Chic-fil-a-s.
