Creamy Fresh Peach Sherbet

1 small box peach Jello

1 cup boiling water

3 cups cold milk

1 cup fresh peaches, about 3 or 4 (or canned)

2 8oz. peach yogurts

1/2 cup Welch's 100% white grape- peach juice, frozen concentrate

In large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill.

Skin and cut up peaches. Puree in blender.

Whisk peaches and yogurt into jello. Whisk in milk and juice.

Freeze as directed in ice cream maker.

Pour into 1/2 gallon container and freeze.


(dissolve 1/4 cup sugar with jello if desired when using fresh peaches, but not needed)
