gluten-free Frosting In A Can

Recommended Posts

My daughter is turning one soon and I am making her birthday cupcakes. Does anyone know if Pillsbury strawberry flavor frosting is gluten free? I emailed them last week and still haven't heard back. The ingredients look okay but I want to know for sure. Thank you!

Frosting is pretty easy to make yourself if you have one of those electric beater things. Last time I tried to buy frosting in a can I was a little freaked out. Way too many of them had wheat, so I didn't buy any of them at all. There's so much crap in them.

Anemic off and on since 2003

Pillsbury is one of the companies that will disclose gluten, so if it is not in the ingredients it is not there.
