Hershey Park, Pa

Recommended Posts

Some of you probably already know but for those who don't.....Hershey Park has several foods that are gluten-free. I visited the guest services office and was given a print-out of all the ingredients for foods made in the minetown area of the park (It was 5-pages long). This helped with my planning for the day. They pointed me toward 3-4 places in the park where I could get a gluten-free roll (So I had a 100% Beef Burger). I also found a few places via the ingredients listing such as Boarwalk Fries (which only sells french fries in their stand) and, a chicken wing stand that does not use breading or cook anything else in the oil.

It was like being a "normal" person where I could enjoy the day without worrying about what am I going to eat, etc.

Thanks for the info. This is very helpful to people looking to vacation in Hershey. I go to the park at Halloween time since I live here, but its always good to know what I can eat if I choose to eat there.

~~~~Gluten Free since 9/2004~~~~~~
