Univ Of Penn Gluten Free Options

Recommended Posts

All,

I am starting grad school next week at the Univ of Penn in Philadelphia. I grew up in the area, but have only been gluten free for the past year. I will need to eat near campus at least 2 times a week. Any recommendations for cheaper/faster food are appreciated.

Thanks!!!

Sazon is good - and they are definitely informed and can help you in selecting gluten-free options

Chick Fil A is always good for a quick bite - salads, chicken breast, etc.

I'm pretty sure Sabrinas (Italian Market Area) can accommodate the diet.

Trader Joes and Whole Foods, too, in the city, will probably be a big help to you.

Good luck!
