BamBam 0 Posted February 21, 2005 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted February 21, 2005 I made a really good fish chowder this past Friday and the recipe called for potato flakes as a thickner. I have Idahoean brand potato flakes, they ingredients looked innocent, but I had bad stomach pains and tons of gas the following few days. Are potato flakes normally gluten free? Guest Viola Posted February 22, 2005 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted February 22, 2005 Actually ... the Idahoean ones are gluten free as well. At least they are in Canada. I've never had any trouble with them either, and I'm really sensitive to gluten.
